HYDRAULIC SHEET STAMPING PRESSES

Such presses are intended for hot sheet stamping at forces up to 12,500 tp and may be designed and tailor-made to mostly fully meet the customer's requirements.
A number of operations such as blanking, flanging, bending, forming (drawing) either in steel or elastic dies may be performed on these presses.
The press frame rigidity ensures its service-ability at press load eccentricities.
Presses are fitted with the hydraulic drives which are the most suitable under specified operating conditions.
Along with the press supplies pressing facilities comprising manipulators, cars, forging preheat equipment and automatic process control systems may be provided.
