Large dia tube making equipment set

  To satisfy needs of the steel-making plant, NKMZ may offer the equipment for producing large dia, gas and oil tubes through the use of any applicable technologies and processes given below:
  1. Tube billet forming on a sheet bending machine;
  2. Press forming technique;
  3. Sequential press bending process.
  To convey the sheet or tube, NKMZ is capable to manufacture and supply all kinds of the related process equipment such as sheet pilers, roller tables, transfer cars, etc.   The entire tube making is monitored through the aid of the automatic process control system.
  We have gained an experience in designing, producing and commissioning of the tube billet forming facilities through the use of the sheet bending and rebinding machines.
