High-speed heating furnace
  NKMZ provides designing, manufacture, supply and erection of the equipment and fiber-type refractory linings as well as commissioning and staff training.

 

CAR-BOTTOM THERMAL FURNACES
  This type of furnaces is designed for precision heat treatment of products based on the efficient pulse heating and cooling system through the aid of the advanced gas burners fitted with the electric lighting and flame control facilities built in the cooling air feed tugeres.

    The furnace comprises the following components:
  • Furnace binding;
  • Car-bottom hearth on wheels fitted with the frame plates and lift gate employed to seal its front, rear and side faces;
  • Working door fitted with the gate lifting and water-cooling facilities;
  • Hearth track;
  • Hearth wheel out mechanism;
  • Gate lifting device;
  • Servodrive;
  • Gas and air supply facilities;
  • Smoke exhaust facilities;
  • Electric equipment;
  • Instrumentation.
