SLAB CONTINUOUS CASTING MACHINE

 Within recent years NKMZ has accumulated a wide experience in manufacture of the continuous-casting machines equipment. The important stage in mastering the manufacture of this product was the execution of the Austrian company VOEST-ALPINE (VAI) orders for manufacture of the siab CCM straightening zone equipment for Eko-Stahl (Germany), CCM bending and radial part zone equipment for LTV Steei (USA) using their own engineering and the supply of CCM mechanicai equipment and electric drives to Novolipetsk Integrated Iron and Steel Works (Russia) and integrated Iron and  Steel Works named after llyich (Ukraine).
  Continuous casting machines(CCM) for slabs casting designed by NKMZ for “Azovstal” Steel Plant, Ukraine and Novo-Lipetsk Iron and Steel Works, Russia implements modern high-performance technologies of a high-quality steel products continuous casting.
  The technology and machines design are based on advanced scientific and research, manufacturing and design solutions.
  Technical level of CCM is constantly improved. There are many scientific and engineering institutes cooperate with NKMZ in this field.
