SERVICES OFFERED BY NKMZ ON MINE WINDERS
Changeable steel linings of winder drums are provided in the next cases:
- there are cracks in a drum casing
- when replacing wooden linings
- with the steel drum grooved surface weared out
- when changing the rope dia and winding pitch
To increase rope capacity or reduce deviation angles, the steel lining
may be made with a variable winding pitch or with the three friction rope
turns being arranged on rubber linings.
When the brake area is worn out or damaged, the changeable steel lining
may be made combined with the brake area.
To augment reeling capacity of a drum:
- placing of friction loops on elastic lining
- placing of auxiliary part of rope inside a drum
- placing of transition bands while two-layer rope winding on a drum
Drums which have been jammed may be replaced with the two-section hubs
provided with thermally-set pins.
Brake area grooving device.
Putting the strap over the drum to align rope lengths.
Mounting brake blocks made of the moulded material instead of the wooden
ones.
Replacing a single-driven brake with the double-driven one.
Inserting the tooth-type coupling between drum cases to compensate for the
augmented distance between bushes.
Replacing the uncoupler disk springs with the coil ones.
Installing the new machines on available foundations with the extended
drum winding surface by:
- increasing the drum dia;
- replacing the Type 2C machine with the Type CR machine;
- extending the drum winding surface while changing the
externally - arranged brakes for the internally-arranged ones
(Type MPB winder).
Installing the 2-, 3- or 4-rope winders on the newly-made or available
foundations with the lift height increased.
Updating the available machines by modifying them into the multi-rope
ground-based machines.
Making the winder equipment according to the customers' drawings, namely:
- skips;
- cages;
- counterweights;
- guide assemblies;
- overhead devices;
- head-frames;
- head-frame pulleys;
- charging/discharging devices;
- shaft reinforcements.
