  Customer's requirement and the field experience accumulated in operating similar machines were considered when designing this type of the header.

  As early as the 30-s, the 1-st phase of the well-known Metro in Moscow was worked through the use of the tunnel shields made at Novokramatorsky Mashinostroitelny Zavod.
  Now, by extending the range of products traditionally manufactured at NKMZ for the coal-mining industry based on production facilities which have been earlier used in production of the space ship and missile launch pad equipment, a new generation of the highly-efficient heading machines employed in gassy and dust-ignition hazardous mines was developed in collaboration with "DONGYPROUGUMASH" Project and Production Association.

 

P110 HEADER

P110
  This Header was designed based on the standard heading machine to carry out selective winning and loading of the rock mass when working coal and mixed faces of 7 to 25 m2 in cross-sectional area.
  The machine was put through complete tests at the mines in DONBASS region and accepted for production at commercial level. Now, this machine is being operated at 12 mines demonstrating high working rates and reliability compared to the similar machines that are in service at the mines in CIS.
  The Type P110 boom-type cutter header of the selective action is designed for the powered winning and loading of the rock mass when operating in the arch-shaped, trapezoidal or rectangular workings of 7 to 25 metres in cross-sectional area in the coal and mixed seams at dip angles of ±12° with the maximum rock strength of 100 MPa (f=7) and abrasiveness up to 15 mg in gassy and dust-ignition hazardous mines.

P110-01 HEADER

  The Type P220 Header is designed on the advanced designs embedded in the prototype P110 machine from which it differs in 1.5 to 2-fold capacity, capability to cut more hard rocks and to work larger cross-sectional areas in the faces and better reliability.
  The Type P220 boom-type cutter header of the selective action is designed to carry out the powered cutting and loading of the rock mass when driving the arch-shaped, trapezoidal or rectangular workings of 90 to 30 square metres in cross-sectional area with the dip angle of ±12° in the coal or mixed faces at maximum rock hardness of 120 MPa (f=8) and abrasiveness up to 18 mg in gassy and dust-ignition hazardous mines. The road headers operate in more than twenty mines of Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. 		P110-01

П110-01М ROAD HEADER

 

Road header П110-01М is designed on the basis of the serially proved design of П110-01 road header taking into consideration its long-term operating experience. The road header is 100% complete with the hydraulic and electrical equipment and certified for the correspondence to the European standards (АТЕХ).

Distinctive properties of road the header:

1.The actuator frame design allows for the installation in it of the gear box with the axial cutter head. 2. The actuator double-speed motor enables to change the cutter heads rotation frequency from the control board that increases cutting efficiency during mixed faces working with the considerably changing hardness. Cutting speed decrease while hard and abrasive rock crushing assumes to reduce cutting tools and power consumption and dust separation. 3. Road header travel speed while driving is increased up to 10 m/min. The possibility of operating and creep speed control is provided. 4. Road header control can be effected from the local control board and distantly from the portable cable control board by means of jumper cable or from the radio panel (up to 20 hours without the accumulator recharging). 5. Control equipment provides the road header electrical equipment diagnostics with information output on the control board liquid-crystal display. 6. The application of the direct-drive oil-pumping station with two-section adjustable pump increases operation reliability and reduces operating costs. 7. Hydraulic equipment modernized scheme assumes: - proportional hydraulic control;

П110-04 ROAD HEADER

  Road header П110-01М is designed on the basis of the standard model of the serial П110-01 road header which differs from it by the actuator design. The actuator is made with the longitudinal and axial cutter head that allows to drive workings with inclining roofing where the coal bed bedding angle determines cross-section geometry, to decrease rock cover cutting with stone. The actuators of П110-04 and П110-01 road headers are interchangeable. All the other units are unified with П110-01 road header. Such arrangement allows having in the mine one road header with different modules instead of several road headers.
