RIPPER-LOADERS

  These machines were manufactured based on designs made by "DONGYPROUGLEMASH" - a leading project and production association in designing the coal-mining machinery in Ukraine and some promising designs and advanced technologies developed at NKMZ.
  The customers' requirements and the field experience accumulated during operation of the similar machines were taken into the account when designing the above machines.

 

MPP RIPPER-LOADER

  The machine is designed for powered ripping and loading of the rock mass with hardness f=5 to 6 and abrasiveness of up to 15 mg in horizontal and sloping (±12°) workings in gassy and dust-ignition hazardous mines.
MPP

  The machine features a self-propelled crawler-mounted truck fitted with the double horizontally-rotated roller bit cutter, ring-type flight conveyor comprising the lift-and-turning sections, hydraulic, electric, dust-suppression and control facilities.
  The machine is capable to cut, load and convey (it required) the rock mass under its own power to the mine transporting facilities.
  When making the request for proposal, the conditions of this ripper-loader application in terms of the working types, ripping depth and broken rock hardness as well as the remarks on operation of ripper-loaders made by "HAUSHERR" have been studied.   The machine also provides working the pillars by the chamber mining method. This is especially important for the mines which have the resources of coal that can be hardly mined with the available machines and thus being subject to closing.
  A few recommendations of the Technical Council aimed at improvement of the machine performances were taken into account when designing the machine. The conveyor width of 400 mm and its tail end capability to turn through 15° provide better coal dumping into the cars standing on the second rail track. This makes the machine more efficient when performing the development workings and mining the pillars.

MPPk RIPPER-LOADER
WITH BUCKET-TYPE CUTTER

  This machine is designed to power the rock ripping and loading with hardness up to 7 numbers and abrasiveness of 15 mg in horizontal and sloping (±12°) workings in gassy and dust-ignition hazardous mines.
MPPk

  A bucket-type ripper-loader is a version of the Type MPP Ripper and is developed based on the common power and travelling module. This machine enables to raise labour efficiency 3.0 to 3.5-fold, eliminate manual loading of the rock and ripping of the bed. It is noteworthy that the machine is small in size, rather manoeuvrable, easy in operation and reliable in servicing. Due to the specially-designed collapsable boom applied, the digging area may be extended and bucket filling increased. The machine may be also used for carrying out another operations. Slinging elements are provided in the machine to lift and transfer separate loads and to perform rigging operations.
