ROASTING AND SINTERING EQUIPMENT
Blast furnace capacities, coke consumption rates per heat and molten iron
quality greatly depend upon the burden material grade being used. To fit the
ore-mining plants and iron and steel works with the advanced machinery, NKMZ
has started a stage-by-stage implementation of the burden-making, palletizing
and roasting equipment.
Today, NKMZ may offer the following machines for making sinter
and pellets.
- Feeders;
- Mixers;
- Pelletizers;
- Sinter machines;
- Roasting cars and machines, etc.
NKMZ manufactures such machinery for the construction and other
industries:
- Rotary kilns of the following sizes:
- Ø5×185;
- Ø4×150;
- Ø3.6×70;
- and other sizes as may be requested by the customers
and spares for furnaces which are in service now
- Drum-type driers, etc.
