To transport the materials being stacked, NKMZ offers a range of the conveyor
systems and facilities intended for reloading stations, i.e. combined
stacker-reclaimers, bucket-whell reclaimers, etc.
The conveyor systems may be designed depending upon the following
processes and operations to be matched:
Materials to be unloaded are fed directly to the loading station
(railway cars, etc.);
Materials to be unloaded are stacked on site (stacking mode);
Materials to be stacked are reclaimed and fed to the loading station;
Materials already reclaimed are unloaded from the stack by means of the
stacker or reclaimer.
To provide transportation and stacking wastes from the sintering plants to the
tailing dumps at the ovemining plants, slime pumps were implemented by NKMZ.
