NUCLEAR POWER GENERATING EQUIPMENT
Production of the nuclear power generating equipment is one of the main
aspects of NKMZ's business activities.
In 2000, NKMZ was granted a license from the Nuclear Monitoring Department
of Ukraine which allows to carry out the following kinds of businesses:
- Designing and engineering of the spent nuclear fuel storage,
manufacture and transportation facilities;
- Designing and manufacture of the pipeline equipment and components;
- Designing and manufacture of transfer facilities employed in storehouses
and the related crane and hoisting facilities.
This equipment is being developed in collaboration with the leading research
institutes from Ukraine: IES named after Paton, KhIEP, KIEP and others.
