Press-forging technical capabilities enable to secure forgings production with weight from 0,2 to 110 tons of forging ingots from 1,6 to 170 tons in weight, made of carbon, constructional, instrument and high-alloyed grades of steel.
The forgings are produced for machines of our own facilities as well as for other manufacturers of special equipment for hydroengineering, power-generating, rolling, metallurgical, ship-building, automotive and aircraft industries.
Open die forging process is performed at automated forging complexes in technological coordination with heating, heat-treatment and materials-handling equipment under control of automatic process control systems.
