Press with capacity of 10000 tf

The technical potentialities of NKMZ in the press-and-forging production allow to provide manufacture of forgings weighing from 200 kg to 110 t from ingots of carbon and alloyed steels with a weight up to 170 t.
The automated forging complex includes 100 MN hydraulic press and forging manipulator with 120 t load capacity. The complex provides forging of ingots weighing 27.6-170 t.
Used steel grades: carbon, alloyed and special steels.

Press with capacity of 3000 tf

The automated forging complex includes 30 MN hydraulic press and forging manipulator with 30 t load capacity. The complex provides forging of ingots weighing 1.6-25.5 t.
Used steel grades: carbon, alloyed and special steels.
