Car-bottom heat-treating furnaces

The effective cooling and heating impulse system is made on the basis of the highspeed gas burners which are equipped with the electric lighting, flame control and built-in into tuyeres for cooling air supply.
Lining is made of modern fiber and ceramic low-inertia refractory and heat-insulating materials.
The heating automation facilities system provides conducting the cooling and heating mode under the specified program, stabilization the furnace heating duty in terms of energy saving algorithms.
