Big stock of new heat-treatment furnaces and units is equipped with:
- automatic process controlsystems (APCS);
- lining from up-to-date ceramic-fiber, refractory and heat-insulating materials made by Parok(Finland) and Keratech (Czechia);
- high-speed burners with gas burning pulse system;
- electric ignition system;
- cooling air lances.
Automatic process control system performs complete maintaining and stabilization of temperature rate at the furnace, according to preset programs of the heating, cooling and energy-saving modes providing temperature differential of ±5°C. |
