The facilities of NKMZ and its engineering and technical potential allow manufacturing practically any engineering product meeting the international requirements and wishes of the strictest customers.

 

The mechanical assembly production of NKMZ offers a fleet of one-of-a-kind CNC Lathes manufactured by some famous German companies such as “WALDRICH SIEGEN”, “HOESCH” and "KZTS"(Ukraine) that permit machining the cylinders, shafts, rods, bands with the length up to 24000 mm and longer, up to 3000 mm in diameter and weighing as much as 250 t.

 

Highly efficient cutting of oversized plates in the band saw, VBS 1316 model manufactured by EVERISING Company (Taiwan).

Cutting sinkheads off the forgings up to 1000 mm in diameter in the band saws, H1010 model.

 

Continuously updated are the processes of machining the blanks of high strength high alloy steels, hardened high-duty cast irons. The vertical turning-and-boring machines available in the Company permit machining the workpieces up to 12500 mm in diameter, as high as 5000 mm and weighing up to 200 t.
High-efficiency machining of big box-like parts as per the 7-th accuracy degree with roughness Ra 1.6 mu.m is performed under control programs in CNC multioperation machines fitted with the attachment and tooling magazines.

Machining center SHIBAURA, model BSF - 42/30 A with the spindle diameter of 350 mm and rotary table 5000 x 7000 allows machining the parts weighing up to 300 t.
High- precision machining of parts on the machining centers made by “Waldrich Coburg” (Germany) and “Toskurini” (Czech Republic).
 

 

NKMZ has gained a rich experience in manufacture of the top-quality hydraulic cylinders within a wide range of diameters and lengths. Deep-boring, internal- grinding and honing machines made by “GEHRING”, “TACCHI” and “KZTS” (Ukraine) are available being fitted with boring heads, diamond and abrasive tools supplied by “S..COROMANT”, “SECO”, etc. as well as with the control and measuring facilities.

Parts of up to 4000 mm high and up to 40000mm long (e.g. press brackets) are machined on the twin horizontal boring machines (with the integrated column guides) made by “SKODA” (Czech Republic)

 

 

Large amounts of works are being carried out at NKMZ with regard to modernization of heavy boring machines made by “SKODA” (Czech Republic), “SCHIESS' (Germany) and “INNSE” (Italy) by providing the required machine ratings, recent CNC systems, tool magazines and measuring systems.

Electrolytic erosion machining of the hard – to – cut materials on a revamped vertical turning machine.

 

Longitudinal milling and planing machine with the table load capacity of 40 tons modernized by NKMZ. This machine pro vides gun drilling of the holes from 10mm up to 32 mm in dia and up to 3000 mm deep in the base parts and in long-length shafts.

 

 

The gear machining equipment fleet numbers over 70 ma chines including CNC machining centers made by "Gleason -Pfauter" namely: an unique gear shaping machine with max imal dia of internal gears machining up to 2000 mm and aug mented ram stroke up to 650 mm; the vertical gear-hobbing machines tools in which gears are machined with the AA fob bing cutters and the seventh grade of accuracy of engagement are ensured; P2000 G gear-grinding machine having high efficiency and the fourth grade of accuracy gear-wheels is produced.
