The design and production center "NKMZ-Automatics" incorporates powerful research and development department the design engineers of which with their high proficiency and vast experience perform the works of any degree of complexity for all branches of heavy industry. It is the official partner and authorized system integrator of Siemens AG automation and drive department as well as of such companies as Schneider-Electric and Rittal. The center possesses considerable intellectual potential on the design of the control process software practically in all spheres of mechanical engineering:

  • Pre-project research and preparation of the technical-and-commercial offer;
  • Design works;
  • Design of software product, debugging on the basis of mathematical models;
  • Manufacture and tests of packaged control units;
  • Installation and start-up works, designer's supervision;
  • Commissioning of the equipment at the customer's;
  • Customer's production personnel training;
  • Guarantee and post-guarantee services;


With the assistance of "Siemens" in the design and production center "NKMZ-Automatics" the training room and the testing ground certified by the company are arranged on the basis of which the customer's personnel is trained how to work with hardware and software. As of now, the training room has been additionally equipped with the controller equipment produced by Shneider Electric and GE Fanuc. When designing HMI systems, SCADA-systems of the world leaders in this field such as WinCC, InTouch, FactoryLink are used. Assembly of the packaged control units with " NKMZ-Automatics" trademark is effected in the installation workshop by the high-skill circuit installers.
