Design and production center "NKMZ-Auto-matics" incorporates powerful research and development department. Design engineers working in this department possess high professional skills and wide experience allowing to perform any complicated works for all branches of heavy industry. This center is the official partner and authorized systems integrator of Siemens AG automation and drive department. The center possesses considerable intellectual potential for development of control technological software practically in all machine-building spheres:
• metallurgical equipment: continuous casting of steel, after-furnace ladle steel treatment, steelmelting furnaces, heat treatment of billets, cutting of billets, electroslag remelting units;
• press-forging equipment: forging and stamping presses, manipulators, equipment for production of large-diameter tubes;
• mining equipment: reclaimers, collectors, crushers;
• welding equipment: units for welding of large-thickness and large-diameter pieces.
Designing and production center "NKMZ-Automatics" realizes all-round automation of heavy industry objects:
• Exploratory design and development of technical and commercial offer.
• Investigation of automation object and collection of initial data.
• Preparation of technical assignment.
• Designing, programming and debugging on simulators.

During creation of the upper level of control systems the SCADA systems of world leaders in this sphere (WinCC, In-Touch, FactoryLink) are used.
With "Siemens" firm's assistance the training class and the stand-testing ground certified by the firm, were founded in designing and production center "NKMZ-Automatics". On their basis Customer's personnel are trained in hardware and software handling.
