Cold rolling mills for producing aluminium and steel strips are operating
today in many works of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy in the countries
of CIS and abroad. When designing the rolling mills a package of software on automated calculation, design and optimization both of technological schedules and structural parameters of future equipment is used, a number of the following urgent tasks being solved:
|
|
|
| Incoming billet: | |
| - strip thickness, mm | 0.8 - 6 |
| - strip width, mm | 1000 - 1600 |
| - coil weight, ton | up to 22 |
| Finished product: | |
| - strip thickness, mm | 0.15 - 4 |
| Four-high mill stand: | |
| - work roll diameter, mm | 510 - 560 |
| - back-up roll diameter, mm | 1500 - 1600 |
| - work roll barrel length, mm | 1800 |
| - maximum roll force, kN | 25000 |
| - maximum rolling speed, m/sec | 25 |
| Capacity, t/hr | 60 |
|
| Strip section - width, mm | 800 - 1550 |
| Thickness of: | |
| - ingoing strip, mm | 2 - 4 |
| - outgoing strip, mm | 0.35 - 2 |
| Coil weight, ton | 15 - 35 |
| Strip speed: | |
| - when going into the mill, m/sec | 4 - 6 |
| - when going out of the downstream stand, m/sec | 25 |
| Working stands - roll barrels length: | |
| - back-up, mm | 1700 |
| - work, mm | 2000 |
| Work roll diameter, mm | 560/510 |
| Back-up roll diameter, mm | 1500/1430 |
| Work roll axial shift, mm | +150 |
| Rolling force, kN | 25000 |
| Capacity, mln. t/year | up to 2 |
